Please Note: - You must install & download the Safeimage browser first before signing up. It’s a quick download taking approximately 15 seconds on a high speed connection (2.7 MB)

After downloading the browser an icon will appear on your desktop (A RE/MAX Balloon). You will be asked to restart your computer.

Instructions:

After clicking on the link to download the safeimage browser you will need to save the program to your desktop. Click Save (figure 1)

Once the computer has re-started, you will see an Icon placed on your desktop called "SafeImageBrowser" (figure 7A)



This is what you will be using to access the floor plan section. If you click the browser now, you will get this panel (figure 8) Disregard this panel till later.

Congratulations, you have successfully installed the browser.
Now you are ready to start the sign up process

On the main page of every building’s website, in the top left hand corner of the page, you will see some navigation menu’s, Click the 3rd link down "Building Floor Plans" (figure 9)

Click "New Users" button on the top right hand corner (figure 10)

You are now in the welcome portion of the sign up to VancouverFloorPlans.com (figure 11)

User Agreement (figure 13 & Figure 14) Please read carefully and agree to the terms & conditions by checking the check marks at the bottom of the page and clicking on the "I Agree" (Figure 14) which then will take you to the "User Information" section

User Information (Figure 15 & Figure 16) Please fill out all boxes and write down & save your user name and password for the log on page. Do not forget to do this, without it you will not gain access.

User Information Step 3, ("What describes you the best") click the correct button that applies to you (figure 17) then click submit.

Now you are in the secure "2CO Credit Card Check Out" section. This is a secure Merchant Visa & Mastercard website. Please print this page out for your reference in the future. It has your order number on the top left hand corner. If the billing details are correct, click "Save & Check Out" (figure 18)

Now you are in the 2C0 Payment options, click continue (figure 19)

Now you are in the 2CO Billing Information section. Please fill out all your credit card information and click "Complete Order" (figure 20)

Now you reached the order confirmation section, please click "Click here to finalize your order" (figure 22)

Your order has been processed panel. Click link to go to the login page (Figure 23)

Congratulations, You are now validated. Now go to your desktop & click the Re/Max Balloon (figure 26) and start using "VancouverFloorPlans.com"

If you need to print a floor plan or an individual floor plate you will have to use a "Print Screen" program.
