- Log into MLX
- Click Search tab
- Determine Search Type “Attached”
“Detached”
- Fill in the search criteria for
the client
- In the Action field > Save Search
> click Green Arrow
- In the Search Name tab field type
in client info, search parameters, email address etc.
- In the Notification Settings tab
click Auto Email button to activate & select the type of report you’d like
to send to the client
- Set the Frequency buttons
- Click OK button to save all of the
information
Note: when you initially set up the
auto email the 1st email that the client will receive will contain
ALL the searches in the email. After the initial email has been sent,
the program will only send new listings to the client. |
