With its eye-catching architecture and central location, Second + Main is in a unique position to be a new gateway to Mount Pleasant.
Situated on the west side of Main Street between 2nd and 3rd avenues, the site intersects some of the city’s most exuberant areas. (Vancouverites will recognize the project’s site as the former stronghold of the old Maynard’s Liquidation Centre.) When completed, the project will be home to 233 residential units, including studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes.
