B.C.’s hot housing market hit yet another record in May with more homes sold than in any month on record — 11,093 houses for a total of $3.68 billion. That’s a 27-per-cent increase in dollar value over May a year ago, and an 11-per-cent rise in units, according to the B.C. Real Estate Association.
