HomeFeedback.com is a automated system that e-mails agents that have just shown a listed property and requests a feedback or comment  from that showing. This System also gives the Seller the opportunity to view these comments / feedback via a password protected account by logging on to a private showing page. This password is sent to the Seller by email once the property is listed. The system was designed by a Realtor and is used by over 430,000 Realtors in North America. It emails a feedback request 3X - 3 days apart. Based on past records - 71% of the Selling Realtors provide a response. By providing this service, the Seller knows what is going on with the sale of their property at all times. If there is a price reduction, the service can also "E-Blast" all realtors instantly of the change in listing terms or status.
