located in southeast false creek, railyard is one of vancouvers newest housing co-operatives. opened in 2018, our co-operative formed as part of a partnership between the city of vancouver, the community land trust and is home to 135 units varying in size from studio to 3-bedroom.

the 15-storey railyard housing co-op was developed by concert properties as part of its the creek market condominium development.

the co-op is targeting a mix of tenants, from singles and couples to families with children. there are 44 two-bedroom and 29-three bedroom suites, with the rest of the building being a mix of one-bedroom and studio suites.

the co-operative housing federation of bc (chf bc) says more than half of the co-ops suites will be affordable to households with annual incomes between $25,000 and $55,000.
