customs house - 816 government street, victoria bc canada v8w 1w9. in victorias majestic and world renowned inner harbour, architectural icons hold places of distinction and recognition. the empress hotel and the bc legislature have anchored the capital citys inner harbour for the past century and now customs house is set to rejoin these famous landmarks as victorias most prestigious residential address. as the most anticipated new residential offering in the last decade and the most significant addition to victorias inner harbour since the lower pedestrian causeway in 1974, customs house will feature an exclusive offering of just 57 luxury private residences.
