jenga - 1500 w georgia street, vancouver, bc v6b 4n8, canada. crossroads are west georgia street and nicola street in the west end. developed by bosa properties. designed by renowned german architect ole scheeren of b�ro ole scheeren, in collaboration with francl architecture of vancouver, the 42-storey tower will be constructed adjacent to the 20-storey office building on the site. there will be 220 market residential units, a retail space on the ground floor, and seven levels of underground parking for 342 parking stalls, including stalls for the existing office building.

the towers design features dramatic glass-enclosed, cantilevered homes, reminiscent of a jenga block tower. it is b�ro ole scheerens first residential building in north america and the first in the world where the firm designed both the interiors and the exterior.
